Get rid of SBLIFE!

For clubs, posting half of your information to SB LIFE and half of it to Campus Vine is confusing and annoying. Campus Vine is soon coming out with a Social aspect of their site, similar to what SBLIFE attempts to do, but in a much more comprehensive way. It would be easier if all of a clubs files could be kept in the same website.

Agreed. Speaking personally, I find Campusvine much easier to navigate and has a lot of useful tools (like the direct connect to twitter/facebook for events). There's so much potential and its a shame that this University isn't using it to the full extent we can.

I think that SB Life is similar to what a lot of other universities have, but Stony Brook should be attempting to be initiators, not imitators. We're a big school and we might need a bigger/better approach to reach out to students and let them know of all the awesome events on campus.
